Before agreeing to furniture or renovation work, check an existing dimensioned plan for one bedroom, living room or study of up to 200 sq ft. SpaceVerse returns annotations and up to five prioritised layout, storage or lighting observations.

The base fee is BDT 2,500; with the optional notes it is BDT 3,500. Any applicable tax, the complete amount payable, agreed deliverable stages and delivery date are confirmed in writing before payment.

This checks your existing plan; it does not create a new design or construction drawings. Kitchens, bathrooms, larger rooms and complex briefs need a separate scope assessment. Site measurements and installation details must be verified by the relevant professional. Engineering design, load calculations, certification and guaranteed device performance are excluded.

A readable existing room plan with dimensions, door and window positions, fixed features, furniture sizes and your main decision. Label missing measurements rather than guessing. We check incomplete or complex briefs before accepting work. Share plans only after we confirm how to receive them.

প্রাথমিক আলোচনায় সেবাটি আপনার জন্য উপযুক্ত কি না বোঝা যাবে। ফি দিয়ে উপরোক্ত নির্দিষ্ট লিখিত কাজ পাবেন। বিদ্যমান SpaceVerse চুক্তিতে অন্তর্ভুক্ত কাজের জন্য আবার ফি নেওয়া হবে না।
The free introduction checks fit. The fee covers the agreed written review. Existing SpaceVerse clients are not charged again for work already included in their contract.

রিপোর্ট পাওয়ার সাত দিনের মধ্যে একবার সব প্রশ্ন একসঙ্গে পাঠাতে পারবেন। সম্মত তথ্যের তুলনায় আমাদের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভুল থাকলে বাড়তি ফি ছাড়া সংশোধন করব। এই ব্যাখ্যার সুযোগ নতুন ডিজাইন তৈরির কাজ অন্তর্ভুক্ত করে না। নতুন কক্ষ, বিকল্প ডিজাইন বা বাড়তি কাজের জন্য আলাদা কোটেশন দেওয়া হবে।
One consolidated clarification request is included within seven calendar days. Material errors against the agreed inputs are corrected without an extra fee. New rooms, alternative designs or expanded scope require a separate quote.
বাতিল বা টাকা ফেরত? · What are the cancellation terms?
পেমেন্টের আগে লিখিত কোটেশনে প্রতিটি সরবরাহযোগ্য ধাপ ও তার নির্দিষ্ট মূল্য জানানো হবে। কাজ শুরুর আগে বাতিল করলে সম্পূর্ণ টাকা ফেরত পাবেন। কাজ শুরুর পরে বাতিল করলে কেবল সরবরাহ করা সম্মত ধাপের মূল্য রাখা হবে; বাকি ধাপের জন্য দেওয়া টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। ফাইল দিয়ে সম্মত কাজ করা সম্ভব না হলে কাজ শুরু করব না এবং নেওয়া টাকা ফেরত দেব। সম্মত তারিখে ডেলিভারি দিতে না পারলে আপনি নতুন তারিখে সম্মত হতে পারবেন অথবা সরবরাহ না করা ধাপগুলোর অর্থ ফেরত চাইতে পারবেন। প্রযোজ্য বাধ্যতামূলক গ্রাহক অধিকার বহাল থাকবে।
Before payment, the written quote fixes each deliverable stage and its amount. Cancel before work starts for a full refund. After work starts, only delivered agreed stages are charged; amounts paid for undelivered stages are refunded. If the files cannot support the agreed review, we do not start and refund any payment. If we miss the agreed delivery date, you may agree a new date or request a refund for undelivered stages. Mandatory customer rights remain unaffected.

ব্যবহারের অনুমতি আছে এমন ফাইলই পাঠাবেন। আলাদা অনুমতি ছাড়া ক্লায়েন্টের ফাইল প্রকাশ করা হবে না বা পরিচয় বোঝা যায় এমন প্ল্যান বাইরের AI সেবায় আপলোড করা হবে না।
Share only files you have permission to use. We do not publish client material or upload identifiable plans to external AI services without separate permission. WhatsApp and email use their providers’ own services.
